Hello BNM'ers

I've been asked by a friend to recommend an individual or business to
supply a CMS-driven website ('simple' design, plus build - technical
proficiency more important than stunning design skills).

A year ago I'm sure I could have plucked a few names off the top of my
head but I've been out of the loop somewhat and am not really sure
who's doing what these days...

..so anyone who's interested, please refresh my memory and make
yourselves known!

I have no particular preference for platform but please note that the
budget for this job will be in the realm of a few thousands, rather
than a few tens of thousands, so bear that in mind when considering if
this is for you - may be one for the freelancers or smaller businesses
among you.
