Apparently, to combat any anti-competitive practices within BT, they
have a limit on the number of connections that can be used at a BT
exchange for BT's own broadband, with the rest going to other ISPs as
they are needed. I can understand why this'd be the case, but it's
maybe a bit unfair on BT (or rather their new broadband customers).
