In some ways, that's kinda cool. Targeted advertising could be useful,
depending on how it's used...
Eg: i'm playing 2142, the framerate is terrible, say perhaps because
my gfx card needs upgrading. If in game advertising could alert me to
special deals on a 7900GTO, that would be pretty clever, and even
slightly useful...
