[BNM] data recovery people?

d'oh!  where was that recommendation when I needed it? christchurch is
almost local.
sending disks to sweden is a bit of a piece of string. The cheapest I've
done was about a tenner, I think.  Really depends how much the data's
worth/how much insurance you want.
Always worth taking the lacie apart and putting the disk straight onto a
'nix box (or knoppix) as a slave.
