[BNM] [OT] damp proofing

Ive tried several for quotes but not for work.
Dampmasters gave me the best quote and were recomended by my lawyers but 
charged £95 for the quote, which is subtracted off the price, their 30 
yr guarentee is done through a seperate finaincal institution.
Bensleys seems to be recomended by everyone but they will take 2 or 3 
weeks before they can perform a quote which I believe is free.

I really recomend getting more than one quote, because often you will 
get conflicting reports on the condition of the property.
1 company (not listed) suggested I got tanking on a bathroom wall with 
no damp just condensation, and in fact all I needed was better ventilation.
