[BNM] Are we supposed to be IE7 now?

Only took two Windows 'verifications', a couple of restarts and 30+
minutes. And I was already using the last RC.
I like the way the big 'Internet Explorer 7 is here - install it now'
image/link on the Microsoft homepage doesn't work in Firefox. Way to
convince people to switch, Microsoft! ;)
