Acorn vets on Portland road are good.

I imagine the least toxic food is going to be organic, and probably
human-eatable. Some cats are fussy, and you might find that they'll
turn their nose up at the expensive stuff, and go straight for the
whiskas. But that's because whiskas is like cigarettes for cats. Once
they start on it, quitting is hell...

Dunno about litter. Our cat prefers the Thomas stuff from the corner
shop, or the lightweight litter from the Co-op. The recycled newspaper
litter is probably pretty eco-friendly, but I've found it just fills
your living space with paper dust that smells of cat urine.
