[BNM] Anyone on NTL having problems?

Fine for me in central B-town on 4Mb.

But yeah, agreed with Iestyn - try setting a proxy (on a PC - Internet 
Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Proxy Server). Stick 80.1.224.5 in 
the proxy box, apply it and see if it makes a difference. If it does then 
there's your culprit.

You can get a full list of NTL server addresses with a quick google.
