Quite why anyone would buy a DIGITAL TFT monitor, then give it an ANALOG
video signal is beyond me.
Crap in = crap out.
Spend a little more to get a DVI-D input (we're talking a few pounds
usually), and buy a cheap DVI graphics card for £25. Picture quality
will be
vastly superior.
Regards,
Richard.

The LCD screen on my Dell Inspiron gave up the ghost last night, the
machine
is only 2.5 years old and I have used it mainly with another monitor so
naturally I’m pretty hacked off about it.
Is there an alternative to sending it back to Dell for repair? Hopefully
somewhere local……
TIA
Simon
