[BNM] Freeware HTML editor

Aptana is a very nice freeware html editor. Or there's the extremely
lightweight and simple notepad2. I think I prefer notepad two, as it doesn't
pre-empt what I want to write, and I like the fact that there's a limited
set of very simple things you can do with it. It's also doesn't have an
arcane set of commands.
