i quote the email i got from them:

"Tickets will be dispatched up to a week before the event. You will
receive a dispatch email notifying you your tickets are on their way.
However please do not contact us until 3-4 working days before the
event if you have not received them. Please note that tickets will be
sent out slightly earlier due to the Christmas period. There will be
no collections at the box office on the day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are not duplicated or replaced. Refer to terms
and conditions for further information."

up to a week before? who knows what that means.. i take it to mean
that it could be as late as a week before, but no later. but then the
use of the term up to is pretty meaningless...
