Opportunity:

Main Purpose of the job:

You will be required to assist the technical team with maintaining the
company website and related customer support to the online user
interface.  In addition you will offer ongoing advice and keep your ear
to the ground with technical and architectural developments for the
purpose of advancing the systems used by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To develop and maintain new and existing web applications
2. Research and implement new tools and technologies which will improve
the company development process.
3. Address any bugs or issues with software
4. Assist clients with technical queries in line with their service
level agreements
5. Effectively manage internal and external projects and resources to
meet project and product deadlines and produce regular progress reports
for the management team.
6. To ensure the company development process is followed at all times.
7. Keep records of meetings, files, information and such like in an
organized manner.
8. Assist with the preparation and compiling of weekly and monthly
reports for all customers and ensure that customers are kept aware of
their project process.
9. Record and manage customer requests for change (RFCs) and identify
and areas for new business development
10. Recommend new business opportunities, systems and processes and
improvements in operations and implement those approved by the
management team
11. All other duties commensurate with the position.

Knowledge Skills and Experience Required:

You will have some software experience in some / all of the following
areas: ASP.net, ASP, SQL Server, SQL, HTML, Javascript, DOM, C#,
Asp.Net, XHTML, Monorail, Ajax, CSS, IIS Admin, Networking Exposure to
some other languages; PHP, Ruby on Rails etc.
