[BNM] Slipstreaming Drivers into SBS 2003 R2 Premium DVD

Hi All,
After taking delivery of a shiny new office server, I was eager to get
our copy of Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition
installed. Microsoft has finally consolidated the install on to a single
DVD instead of a bundle of CDs. Great. Installed fine to a VPC, and far
quicker than installing from CD.
So I pop in the Dell 'Installation and Server Management' CD and choose
the appropriate options for the install. And off we go... out pops the
Dell disc and in goes the SBS DVD. However the install reports that it
is an invalid disc and promptly spits it out.
So... I now try installing SBS without the Dell disc, and all seems to
be going okay during the text mode portion of the setup. However... no
drivers for the RAID controller and no floppy drive as we are now in
2006. Seemingly no support for USB flash drives to emulate floppy drives
in the BIOS although the Dell engineer said that it should be there.
Possibly in the update that was released on the same day our server
arrived. Damn.
So, my next option. Slipstream the RAID drivers into the SBS install on
the DVD. Tried several times with nLite/ISOBuster, and still no luck.
Managed to get a bootable disc, but then the install freezes on 'Setup
is inspecting your.....'
I've Googled of course, and have spoken to Dell tech support (for what
that was worth), and have come up empty.
Is there anyone out there who has had any experience trying to
slipstream drivers into the SBS2003R2 Premium DVD?
TIA
James.
