Hi Seb

Been having a similar problem, can recieve but sending is flakey, I am with
DSVR too an I think the yare going down the toilet ever since they were
bought and their server centre moved.

Been recommended pair and Dreamhosts, pair may be the one to go for I have a
feeling they are much better on the load and reliability stakes, they also
have a very good rep.
