[BNM] XP Windows Explorer Annoyance

Actually, I already do that on my laptop, with the Desktop toolbar enabled
and it still does it.

try going to
tools > folder options > view
& ticking Launch Folder Windows in a seperate process

& see if it helps
You may experience slow down as you have loads of child processes, but
it's worth a shot.
