I'm looking for some EASY TO USE mailing list software, preferably web-based
and preferably very very idiot-proof.
We are currently using Auto Responder Plus and its got zero support and is
way too complex to use, so we end up not using it.

All we want to do is send out HTML and text emails to our mailing list and
filter for keywords in one field (like "keywords" field for example.
Subscribers get the chance to unsubscribe of course. thats it. Nothing more.
no timers, SQL query generated things etc. just simple email to our trade
customers that an idiot (me) can use with no 6-week training course
required.
