Subject: [BNM] P2P private file transfer solution?

I need to regularly transfer large database files (several hundred Mb)
from a remote PC to me. remote PC has ADSL standard broadband on
  dynamic IP I suspect.

Is there any P2P software i could use to specifically go grab these
files privately, ie I dont want anyone else to be able to grab them,
plus the remote PC needs to be configured so at any time , breaks in
connections included, the file transfer can be continued on from and
  not have to start again.

  Filezilla as a server perhaps?
thoughts welcomed. Dont need any fancy stuff. Command line app would
do. Just need to grab anything thats in a specific folder.
