Yep, their online system is gash, and the telephone support is shite.
You also can't lower your overdraft without paying it off in full, which
I found very annoying. I was damned glad to be shot of them.

-1 Their online banking app called Acumen only runs on IE and appears to
be
based on a 3270 connection to a mainframe. You can't just see your
statement, you have to set up a search between dates.
