Banked with them since I was a student - business banked with them for
around 5 years also - never had a problem (and when I have, they have paid
up)...but I think part of that is down to being able to play the "I've been
with you since 1890, sonny lad"....

Been using Lloyds  TSB for the last 5 years. They've been fine -
nothing to shout about but they seem efficient and reasonable.
