I'll second that. Not only does it play well with my UPNP router (no
need to set up port forwarding), it also has very good bandwidth
controls, so you can say "download as fast as you like, but restrict
uploads".
However, bear in mind that BitTorrent is based around the idea of
sharing, so you might not get the expected speeds when you're uploading
so little...
