No idea, perhaps there's no call for it to change in the residential
market? Or maybe that's too much like hard work or giving the game away
as to how little you get for your hard earned cash. I just copied the
details from the original property sales sheet I was given when I was
buying the flat, please don't shoot the messenger.

Why do agencies still do imperial and omit overall square
footage/meterage to cost £/sqm?
