[BNM] usb card with tv tuner and record from VHS

This reminds me ....

This question was asked a while back and I don't seem to be able to find 
the answer which could suit me. The advice may have changed so I asking 
again, sorry.

Is there anything (cheap) around 30-40 quid which is:
1. USB ?stick?
2. TV tuner - maybe DVB T
3. Record from VHS recorder.

I can't work out if something like the:
Freecom DVB-T USB Stick Digital
External connectors	1 x TV antenna - input,
<http://www.aria.co.uk/ProductInfoComm.asp?ID=18809>

will also record from a VHS recorder. I've got a couple of hours of stuff 
that I'd like to put onto DVD or something not VHS and am not really 
wanting to spend loads. The external connector sounds right but I can't 
tell?

Any suggestions for similar.
