[BNM] CRM / CMS prefs

We've had SugarCRM running for a while now. The install was not a problem.
However I found the interface to be too cumbersome for day-to-day use (i.e.
setting-up meetings while on the phone) and the feature set completely
overblown.

I ended up abandoning SugarCRM in favour of a simpler system combining Gmail
(making use of it's labels) and iCal (although now that Google
Calendar<http://www.google.com/calendar>is out I'm moving away from
iCal too). This is my temporary solution until
something better comes along (I'm
Sunrise<http://www.37signals.com/svn/archives2/sunrise_37signals_crm_tool_for_small_business_is_coming_soon.php>is
what I'm looking for).

Plone is arguable the best open source CMS (but the 'best' CMS for you
depends on how you want it to work - could you define what exactly you want
this CMS to do?).
