[BNM] [OT] adsl provider

hey everyone!  :)

just bought a new flat. it doesn't have a bt line. cancelled my ntl
connection from the last place because... well, because they are ntl!

so, i've got a blank slate but i'll need broadband on it asap. which what
how provider is to be recommended? i rate a good, low price over
reliability of service but ideally i'd like both.
