[BNM] Best ADSL contract?

It's a shame cos they were great before, must be change over problems.

I had plusnet for two years, never suffered an outage, and they've
waived their connection fee now - have done for a few months. Customer
service was speedy and efficient too.
If metronet suck therefore, best to go with the real thing!
