Eclipse are another good one to try too. They do well on Customer Service if
you are looking to move.

I'd probably stay away from Carphone warehouse/Talk Talk, from this
(unscientific) poll, they look worse than NTL :-/

If your parents have very low useage, maybe look at Metronet

My parents have been with them for a few months without any problems
and its just a 1 month contract.
