It's wierd - we are a business customer of theirs - but they automatically
rediced our price per month a year or so ago...

Hi James/Alan

Yes you're right - can't through on the phone but sent them an email. It
does look like they haven't upgraded them over the last 3 years which is
pretty bad.

To be honest though they were more into getting the price down than a
massive speed up - 8 MB is wasted on them ;) The next package down at £17.99
only offers a 256Kb download speed which is pretty sad.

I'll check out Pipex though - 2MB at around £14.99 sounds perfect for them.

Goddamn it though - why should you have to bring over-paying to their
attention before they 'help you out' by bringing it down to the printed web
site prices!?! That kind of thing really annoys me about companies and makes
me leave on principle. :)

Some seriously good customer loyalty (and PR) built up by giving out the
price cuts and upgrades automatically.
