I've been with UKOnline for three months, and they suck. They suck bad. I
got them to release me from my contract because they sucked so hard. And
I've signed up with Carphone Warehouse (was already using them for phone).
I was told that the worst case for connection is 10 weeks due to demand,
but I'm looking at order tracking and it seems I'm looking at June 3rd to
be connected (lost my UKOnline connection this morning after ditching them
10 days ago), so about 6 weeks for me.
The deal sounds great. I'll happily let you all know how the service
actually is though, when it's up and running.
