Personally I would stick with Zen....cheapest is not necessarily "the
best"....

Perhaps give them a ring and work out why they ghaven't been upgraded.

What does the site say?

Subject: [BNM] Best ADSL contract?

Hi all,

I set my folks up with Zen about 3yrs ago but it seems that at £25/month for
512kb/sec* isn’t so good now.

They must be running some adverts for the Car Phone Warehouse over there
because my parents think that sounds like a great deal?

SO what's the recommendation for a low cost, fast, no fuss connection
(mostly email, no large file transits or multimedia...)

*which is odd as we bought a 512kb/sec line back in the day but the same
package says it has an 8 MB download speed now - do Zen not upgrade old
users?? We tested 3 times in a row on
http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest.

Best Regards,

Nick
