[BNM] CRM / CMS prefs

I know this was discussed a while back, at least the CMS bits but I
really need a nice cheapish CRM system (with limited functionality if
needs be just to store contact data between offices in the first
phase).

I found which looks ideal if slightly over-spec and uses standard LAMP
bits at sugarcrm.com but the pricing and ability to host is not very
clear.
