[BNM] Dell 90 days warranty

Surely the Dell 90-day RTB warranty must be for refurbished items?  Can't
say I ever remember seeing that option when purchasing a new laptop from
them.

Don't your statutary rights guarantee a 1 yr warranty on any electrical item
though?  or did i dream it?
