[BNM] Dual core woes

Cheers for the advice Sevan.

Downloaded the latest drivers but still no joy.

Interesting thing is that while 2 processors show up in Device Manager, msinfo32.exe reports only one.

install the latest VIA HyperionPro drivers & see if that makes any 
difference
