Oh yes....5 days for a Test Match.

...which is why you only get the progress reports you speak. Also cricket is
such, that there is no perception of winning or losing during the match
itself. No team is "winning" or "losing" until they have "won" or
"lost...assuming that the match wasn't drawn or tied....which is why when
you get the prgress report it is just a report of the facts - the
score....its up to you the listener to decide whether that is significant or
not!
