Turned out twas my Logic Board, I asked the guy if he meant Mother 
Board, he said no, I asked 'wtf is a logic board' he told me 'it's what 
everything is attached to', 'I said mother board?' he said ye.

Anyrate, Mr Jobs kindly footed the bill. Very nice man, very very nice man.

Now, where do I get that VPC software from? Does it come with MSDN?
