[BNM] Project Management systems

Hi all,

I know this gets asked fairly regularly but aside from NetOffice and
BaseCamp - what's hot in the world of project management systems at the
moment? 

We've been using MS Project 2003 which is great at organizing staff
internally (Outlook job integration etc.) but an absolute pig when it comes
to presenting the client with useful info or communications.
