Perhaps you could configure YAC (yac.com) to do this.
YAC allows someone to call a telephone answerphone service (which is
configurable). YAC then emails any telephone messages as an MP3 file. The
mp3 file can then be reviewed by an email recipient, and if approved, the
mp3 could then be uploaded onto a site.
