[BNM] zope and php -together or best not?

Hello,
A more new media type question.
I've just upgraded ubuntu to 6.06 and have installed Zope as my dev space.
I've been reading about it and is it fair to say that it's not good to mix
apache-php-mysql with Zope (i.e. on same server)? I've found a few people
that have run php inside zope and vice versa but it generally doesn't look
that common.
I want to run two packages (schooltool.org -requires zope) and moodle
(requires perl or PHP- apache mysql -and stuff- I forget). I've got some
php web space so could swap data between them but was wondering if this is
better than all on one server?
Thanks
Jason
