[BNM] [OT] B&B in Hove

The Iron duke in Waterloo Street has just been taken over by some 
friends of mine, its not fancy but is being refurbished it's 50 yards 
from the sea they have nice big rooms pretty cheap, you get a good 
breakfast thrown in and a pub downstairs, what more could you want?
