Simon,
Use MTM. They specialise in student properties in Brighton only. They have a
lot of boards around the Lewes Road area near the Uni.

Ask for Toby Hamilton (owner of the agency). Website is:

They charge 2 weeks rent for an introduction and do all the references etc.
The AST agreement covers 52 weeks (rather than the academic year) which is
good.
