Cheers, I managed to pick up 4 x vga/ps2/audio combos plus 4 usb cables
to match for - £30 uk. Should have tried there first.

I've just been given a Compaq 2u KVM with no leads aswell. ebay is your
best bet, the leads are usually about 2-3 quid for 3m ones, only catch
is its £6 postage from hong kong :(
