[BNM] php and image caching

Mike,
Whenever saving or re-saving a cropped image, include a very short time/date
stamp in the file name.

I've experienced loads of annoying caching problems over the years and
changing the filenames is the only reliable solution i've ever found.

I know this isn't particularly sophisticated but it works very reliably on
all browsers and i've even sold this to a client as "feature" rather than a
get-around !!
