[BNM] [OT] Cheap car insurance

Hello fellow drivers...

My car insurance is coming up for renewal soon, and in the last year have
managed to accrue the odd few points for "speeding", and am now, as expected
being penalized by the insurance companies for this.  Churchill are charging
me another £150!!  (Better watch out for those darn speed cameras!)

However, I have heard that there are certain companies that don't charge
extra for speeding points.  Does anyone know who they are?
