I think Barry is saying he already knows HTML and CSS. And is now thinking
of moving onto coding something like ruby, php, asp.net, jsp, perl etc etc.
(apologies if i've misread!).

I suggest learning PHP as it's relatively easy to learn, integrates easily
into HTML/CSS and your server probably already supports it.
