Yes sometimes. It's not a standard is it; I've never checked? Doesn't it 
generally say that the sender is thinking "I'm using Outlook and I assume 
you are too". I guess it's not just outlook now. If I did accept the 
receipt it wouldn't necessarily mean I've read it either.
