[BNM] Looking for office space...

Hi,

We are looking for some office space for some time in the next 6 months (We
can leave prior to the 6 months period as the landlords wish to expand in to
our current office).

We will need around 800 sq ft in central Brighton.

Anyone know of any decent space that is going that they can recommend? We
are trawling the agents, but there is nothing better than a recommedation.

(We already know about the Media Centre and the MLS facliity).
