Geek Dinners and Girl Geek dinners exist across the globe. Now a team of
three girls have brought Girl Geek Dinners to Brighton.

The event consists of a friendly evening meal, designated speaker and lots
of people! You don’t need to think of yourself as a ‘geek’ to attend - the
one common theme is an interest in technology. Attendees are not
necessarily girls; guys can come along too, but only if they are invited by
a girl (one guy per girl).

Best of all, it is free!

The first dinner will be on 16 January 2007 in Brighton. Numbers are
strictly limited – so sign up quickly on the website (HYPERLINK
"http://www.brightongirlgeekdinners.co.uk/"www.brightongirlgeekdinners.co.uk
) if you want to join us for a fun night out.

Girl Geeks need your help

We are looking for sponsors and contributors to the website and event.

Sponsors - We are seeking various small donations from local companies. All
money goes towards the costs of the event ensuring it is free for all.

Contributors – Do you want to be a speaker at a future event? Want to tell
the world about something? It doesn’t have to be lengthy or consist of a
fancy presentation. Do you want to join us with organizing the dinners, and
help to make these nights enjoyable? Get in touch with the team to let us
know!

And on a side note, have a great Christmas!

The Brighton Girl Geek Team
