Hello,
I'm being a bit thick here! I've set up a wordpress blog
www.mywebsite.com/blog and I have a really simple home page basically
saying click here for photos and click here for Christmas news ( the blog
for the family).
I can interrogate the blog mysql database but I thought there must be a
simple plugin or standard bit of code that will take just parts of the
wordpress blog and display it on my home page. I'd like a particular bit of
my blog to show. Do i have to write my own php/mysql or is there a way to
do this. I don't mind doing the php/mysql but i assume there's something
built-in. Or do people generally make the wordpress index.php their home
page and edit the CSS etc as required.
Sorry new to blogging really and just thought it would be a simple way of
adding blog entries to my homepage. Is it stiil ok to call it a homepage-
it sounds so last century!
Jas
