[BNM] really odd ie resizeing css bug s:/

Not a major issue but very frustrating.

Picture the scene in your mind..

My design consists of:

- One centered background image on the body tag
- One centered div using margin auto

The purpose, to give a white border either side of the div.

I use a 21 inch screen.

when resizing IE6 up to 1230px in width my background image (OR is it
my div) shifts one pixel to the right?!?

Continue resizing and it bounces to and fro as you scale larger?!?

Example with the right hand border made dark blue to see the bounce:

Any ideas people? - can't find anything on google.
