[BNM] Google Hosted email

I really believe google has a pecking order for new features. A few
months ago I changed my location to U.S and hey-presto i get the new
google mail functionality straight away.

In fairness to Google, this might be because they roll out new
features by region because of how their server infrastructure is set
up.

Perhaps their "do no evil" thing detects my account is registered as
US but knows I always hit their sites from a UK location ?? Or am i
getting paranoid??
