[BNM] Green Data Centres

Been a'googlin and I can only find green data centres in the USA. 

UK based http://www.ecologicalhosting.com offer green hosting (not reseller) but use a Californian data centre.

Anyone know of any in the UK? Or know of any reseller plans based anywhere green?

Taking into account all data centre redundancy, air con and other power requirements, anyone know how to go about calculating the power consumption of yer average web site with say 5GB bw per month and regular LAMP type CPU usage? Would be nice to calculate a carbon offsetting amount in lieu of a green data centre.

Seems to be an area very much neglected in the struggle to reduce eco footprints and, as I understand it, Data Centres are gigantic power consumers.
